SITE<br />Sustainably farmed at Beckstoffer and McDowell Vineyards in the upper Russian River watershed. Well-drained marine sediments and alluvial gravels at these two sites are ideal for growing Chardonnay.<br />VINIFICATION<br />Separate lots are cold fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks and aged sur-lie. The younger Beckstoffer vineyard contributes green apple and pear flavors with crisp natural acidity, while the more mature McDowell vineyard adds tropical notes and a creamy, complex mouth feel.<br />GREEN CREDITS<br />Certified Fish Friendly Farming ®<br />Wine Institute Sustainable Winegrowing Participant<br />Labels printed on 100% recycled paper</p>
